Text Box: · Schedule Change (Must Have Parents and Principal’s  Signature)                  Submitting a schedule change request does NOT guarantee a student’s schedule will be changed or a altered. Students should fill out the request form with parent’s signature and turn it in to the office for the principal to evaluate. Students and parents will then be notified if a class change has been made.     · Request for Recommendation
