Class of 2013 and Parents,

Cap and Gown pictures will be taken on Monday morning, May 13, at RCS. The portrait will be from waist up. Attire under cap and gown: Girls’ tops should not show at the collar of the gown. Boys should bring a white long sleeve dress shirt and red tie.

Seniors,

The last day to turn in pictures will be Monday, May 6. You need to bring a baby, middle school and senior picture. We need to get the pictures to the company that will be making the slide show. We do not want to leave anyone out, so please turn in the pictures ASAP. Also, give Mrs. Wilkerson the name of the college you will be attending or the branch of the military you are joining.

A Letter of Request for graduation tickets will be sent out next week. The letter will let you know the family members that you will be able to invite.

If you owe money for graduation materials or cap and gown, please mail or pay online to Denise MacDonald by May 6. The address and phone number are on the school web site under seniors – graduation.

Graduation practice dates, dress code, etc. will be sent to you at the end of next week. This memo will also be posted on the web site.

If you have not tried on your cap and gown, please see Mrs. Wilkerson today. We need to get the gowns pressed and ready for graduation.

It is not too late to order the official graduation announcement. This was designed by you, the senior class. The address to order is www.nrponline.com. On the home page, enter your zip code and then select Roxboro Community School from the drop down list. This will insure that you get the correct announcement. And don't forget to order name cards to include in and personalize your announcement. There are also many, many fun celebration items on the site as well.

All students have been measured to receive their custom made cap and gown and tassel. Payment must be made in full at delivery. The total is $43.
