Due to the possibility of severe weather this evening, tonight's performance of The Trial of the Big Bad Wolf has been canceled.
Today it was a barbecued chicken plate from Flat River Cafe. Yum! The RCS staff feels appreciated, for sure! Our amazing PTSO, parents, grandparents and entire Bulldog family has spoiled us rotten. Thank you so much to all who helped make this Teacher Appreciation Week truly special.

The RCS staff officially wished Business Manager Lisa Rimmer a happy retirement during today’s May staff meeting. Mrs. Rimmer has been a vital part of the Bulldog family for 15 years and will be missed. But, we wish her well in her new life! #bulldogproud

RCS high school students who purchased a yearbook may pick up their copy tomorrow, Thursday, May 5, during lunch and sixth period, in the lobby.
Middle school books have not been printed yet. We hope to have them by the middle of next week.

It's Eighth Grade Recognition Night for our middle school baseball team! Come out to Optimist Park at 4 pm today, Wednesday, May 4, to support the Bulldogs as they take on Voyager Academy. #bulldogproud

The Bulldogs baseball team will take on Voyager Academy TONIGHT, Thursday, April 28, in a double-header at Optimist Park. The first game will be at 4 pm. Senior Night will follow. The second game will begin at 7 pm. This could decide the conference championship, and we want to offer the team all the support possible. THE FIRST 100 STUDENTS WILL GET IN FREE! So, be there early to cheer on our Dawgs!

The jazz band will perform a concert on Tuesday, May 3, at 6:30 pm in the multipurpose room. Admission is $5 and all money will benefit End Polio Now.
Jazz Band members are Sam Alcaraz, Grace Bailey, Kaiden Denny, Logan Dunkley, Ryan Harris, Gilbert Hester, Cade Howerton, Nicholas Keizer, Jacob Nobles, Hunter Puett, James Satterfield, Sadie Satterfield, Scotty Satterfield, Daisy Simmons, Sydney Underwood, and Alexis Vander Poppen.

The RCS PTSO is hosting a drive-through barbecue chicken plate lunch on Friday, May 6, from 11 am to 1 pm. Plates are $10 and include a chicken leg quarter, baked beans, string beans and a roll. Get tickets from a PTSO member of at RCS.

Please pre-order lunch for May 2-13 by April 28. On May 16-18, students and staff should bring lunch. May 19 - 27 are early release days, so no lunch will be served.
