
RCS is hosting the 1st round of the volleyball state playoffs this Saturday at 2 p.m. Please come out and support your Lady Bulldogs! Admission is $7 at the door. No Athletic Passes are accepted for state playoffs or conference tournament games. Hope to see you there!

Senior Olivia Ess has qualified for tennis regionals again, for the 3rd year in a row! She will be representing our conference as the top seeded singles player! Sophomores Aurora Bettendorf and Eliza Ess also qualified as a doubles team. This marks the second appearance for Aurora and Eliza's first trip to regionals! Middle school baseball workouts for this week will be on Thursday from 3-5 p.m. They will meet at the RCS soccer field. Anyone interested in playing can attend. You will only need to bring workout clothes, so no baseball gear. Please make sure you have a current copy of your sports physical uploaded to Dragonfly before participating.


There will be middle school boys' basketball workouts tomorrow, October 7 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the RCS gym. Please make sure athletes have their physical and all other paperwork uploaded to Dragonfly.


National Custodian Day was earlier this week and today Mr. Bryant presented our amazing custodians, Coy Oakley, Angie Hopkins, and Roger Wilkerson, with a gift to thank them for all they do! We are all so thankful for these three amazing people and all they do for our school!

Last night the Varsity Cross Country team competed in the TNAC Conference Championship. Senior Nate Stovall, Sophomore Alexis Vander Poppen, and Freshman Katie Mann finished the race in the top 14, earning themselves All-Conference awards! Way to run, Bulldogs!! #BulldogProud
Both of our varsity RCS cross country teams will compete in the 1A Regionals in Cary on October 28 to determine who qualifies for States in November.


October is Cancer Awareness Month! To celebrate, at our home soccer game vs Oxford Prep on Wednesday at 6 pm, we are asking all attendees to wear pink! Our players will be wearing a pink armband to celebrate all cancer survivors. Admission is $7. We hope to see you there!
